This is really important. Some of them have double straps rather than a long shoulder strap and they can sometimes be a little more uncomfortable to wear and may slip. If you will be carrying any amount of weight in your tote - and 2 to 3 kilos becomes very heavy after a while - it really is advisable to have a padded adjustable shoulder strap. This way you can have it at the right length so that it is not bouncing around on your hip.
